今天上午青岛崂山区企业现场领取山东首张新版营业执照
希尼尔公司了解到：今天早上7时50分，青岛虚拟现实研究院有限公司负责人严小天来到青岛市崂山区行政审批服务局政务办理大厅，在自助打印机上刷了身份证后，不到一分钟就现场领取了营业执照，这是山东省首家现场领取新版营业执照的企业。
新版营业执照与旧版相比，最大变化就是版式统一由竖版调整为横版，并实现了二维码与国家企业信用信息公示系统上公示的企业信息精准联接。记者现场尝试扫描了执照上的二维码，马上能看到国家企业信用信息公示系统上公示的企业信息，包括企业基本信息、变更事项、行政处罚信息等。

据悉，3月1日后，企业营业执照、登记文书材料等全面换新，但有两个月的过渡期，已签署的旧版本登记文书可延续使用至4月30日，之前存续的各类市场主体，可以继续使用原版营业执照，也可以申请换发新版营业执照，不强制要求换发新版营业执照，原有营业执照继续有效。
