The app will be used mainly to release major decisions by the State
Council and publicize major policy documents. Information on activities
of senior State Council officials will be available on the app.
此APP将主要用于发布国务院的重大决策部署和宣传重要政策文件。国务院领导同志的重要活动也会发布在APP上。
The app will also serve as a channel for government affairs-related
services and interactions with the public.
它也将成为政府向社会提供服务、与公众互动交流的渠道。
The launch of the app is evidence of the State Council’s desire to be
innovative in providing information and to increase opportunities for
the public to participate in government affairs. It is also a way to
streamline administrative functions and improve government services to
encourage social innovation.
国务院APP的开通，证明国务院将创新信息公开方式，扩大政务公开参与渠道。同时它也是精简行政职能、改善政府服务、鼓励社会创新的一种方式。
The app is managed by the General Office of the State Council, with
the support of the English-language newspaper group China Daily.
该APP由国务院办公厅管理，英文报业集团中国日报社为其提供技术支持。
It is available for downloading at mobile app stores, such as the
Apple Store, 360 Mobile Assistant, Baidu Mobile Assistant and the
Tencent App Store.
用户可通过苹果应用商店、360手机助手、百度手机助手、腾讯应用宝等应用商店下载国务院客户端。
