第二节 员工权利Section 2 Employees’ Rights
员工在劳动合同（聘用）期内，根据岗位工作情况，有权向自己的直属上级反映意见和事实投诉；未果，也可以越级反映。对员工权利公司将予以充分尊重和保护。
The employees have rights to reflect advice and fact complaints to their direct supervisors within the Labor Contract (Hiring) period in accordance with post work. Otherwise, they may reflect bypassing the immediate leadership. The company will fully reflect and protect their rights.
