第三节 薪酬福利
一、公司员工分为正式员工与试用期员工并执行不同的薪资标准规定。
二、员工以办理正式入职日期为准,计入本公司工龄。试用期员工经考试合格转正后,工龄连续计算。
三、公司员工工资采用下发薪制度,原则上于每月的十五日计发上一个月的员工工资,遇节假日或特殊情况可提前或延期发放。
四、公司正式员工,在享受基础工资收入的同时,享受公司发放的各种福利补贴、及奖金。
五、公司工资结构为基础工资、岗位津贴、绩效工资、补贴、奖励工资。(具体分解另见薪酬绩效方案)。
Section 3 Salary and Welfare
1. The employees are divided into regular and probation ones, and thus different salary standards are implemented.
2. The regular entry date is the basis to be calculated into the company’s working age. The working age of the employees at the probation period may be continuously calculated after becoming regular when qualified at an examination.
3. The next-month issuing system is implemented for the employees’ salary. In principle, the salary of last month is issued on the fifteenth day monthly, and it may be issued in advance or later due to holidays or under special situations.
4. The wage structure is basic wage, post allowance, merit pay, subsidy and bonus wage (See the details in the Remuneration Performance Plan).
