一、用工原则
公司实行劳动合同制的用工原则,根据工作需要公开招聘。同时,提倡员工推荐优秀人才加盟公司。凡身体健康、品德端正、证件齐全(学历证明、身份证等),经面试符合录用条件者均可被录用。公司将与录用的员工签订劳动合同,以保护劳动者的合法权益。
凡有下列情形之一者,公司不予录用:
(一) 被司法机关刑事处理过或等候判决者;
(二) 品行恶劣,曾被原工作单位开除处理过;
(三) 患有精神病或传染疾病,身体认定不合格者;
(四)与原工作单位未办理完相应交接手续者。
二、人事记录
新员工需持公司要求的各种有效证件及其复印件,按通知的时间到公司报到。公司须查验以下证件的原件并留存复印件。
(一)本人身份证(二代身份证);
(二) 本人学历证明;
(三) 财务、司机等特殊岗位需提交上岗证书;
(四) 青岛户籍员工须提供本人所在家庭户口本的索引页;
(五)非青岛户籍员工须提供暂住证、婚育证;
(六)非青岛户籍员工还须提供租住房屋合同或其他相关证明。
1. Employment principle
The company implements the employment principle of labor contract system, and opens recruitment according to work needs. Meanwhile, it advocates the employee to recommend talents to join in. Those meeting the employment qualifications after interview will be hired that are healthy and moral with complete certificates (certification of educational background, ID Card, etc.). The company will sign a labor contract with the employee to protect the latter’s legal rights and interests.
The employee with one of the following circumstances will be not employed by the company:
(1) the employee was criminalized by judicial organs or is awaiting judgment;
(2) the employee misconducts, and was once dismissed by the former work unit;
(3) the employee suffers from mental disease or infectious disease, and is certified to be unhealthy and unqualified; or
(4) the employee does not complete handover procedures with the former work unit.
2. Personnel record
The new employee shall bring various valid certificates and copies required by the company, and register within the notified time. The company shall verify the originals of the following certificates and keep their copies.
(1) ID Card (2nd-generation ID Card);
(2) Certification of educational background;
(3) Post certificates for special posts such as financial officers, driver, etc.;
(4) The employee with census register in Qingdao must provide the index page of his/her family household register;
(5) The employee without census register in Qingdao must provide temporary residence permit, marriage certificate and birth certificate; and
(6) The employee without census register in Qingdao must the rental house contract or other certification.
