Tofu could supplement Qi, adjust the conditions of spleen and stomach, release abdominal distention, eliminate foul smell in large intestine and remove stasis.

王哥庄豆腐是按照当地传统手工工艺、采用精选优质大豆、纯正崂山泉水和天然海水加工制作而成的,其制作过程中点制用的海水经严格过滤而来,无任何添加剂。口感绵软,嫩而不娇,鲜而不腻。王哥庄豆腐炖西施舌为当地名吃。红烧豆腐、麻婆豆腐、鱼香豆腐、白菜豆腐锅等也是常见的做法。

The used seawater has been subject to strict filtering without any additives. Stewed surf clam shell with Wanggezhuang tofu is a famous local dish. In addition, braised tofu, Mapo tofu, fish flavor tofu and cabbage and tofu pot are the common dishes.

 

海参

Sea cucumber

海参同人参、燕窝鱼翅齐名,是世界八大珍品之一。海参不仅是珍贵的食品,也是名贵的药材。味甘咸,补肾,益精髓,摄小便,壮阳疗痿,其性温补,足敌人参,海参具有提高记忆力、延缓性腺衰老,防止动脉硬化以及抗肿瘤等作用。

Sea cucumber is as famous as ginseng, cubilose and shark fin, and is one of the eight precious food materials in the world as well as a precious medicine. It has sweet and salty taste, and could be used to tonify kidney, benefit physical conditions, promote bladders, and treat impotence. 潍县萝卜

Weixian radish

在青岛西北侧的临近城市潍坊,盛产潍县萝卜,已有300多年的栽培历史。潍县萝卜皮色深绿,肉质翠绿,香辣脆甜,多汁味美,具有浓郁独特的地方风味和鲜明的地域特点,是享誉国内外的名特优地方品种。

Weifang City, on the northwest side of Qingdao, has a large output of Weixian radishes for more than 300 years. The peels of Weixian radish is in dark green and its pulp is crisp, spicy and juicy, which has unique local flavor and outstanding local characteristics, and is a famous local species both at home and abroad.

 

火腿

Ham

火腿的制作经历八十几道工序。是腌制熏制的动物的腿(如牛腿、羊腿、猪腿、鸡腿),是经过盐渍烟熏发酵和干燥处理的腌制动物后腿,鲜艳的肉,独特的芳香,悦人的风味,即色、香、味、形,四绝而著称于世,香味浓烈,便于贮存和携带,已畅销国内外。

火腿性温,味甘、咸;具有健脾开胃,生津益血,滋肾填精、益寿延年之功效;可用以治疗虚劳怔忡、脾虚少食、久泻久痢、腰腿酸软等症。

海蛎子

海鲋

Black sea bream

是一种海鱼,属于海洋动物类。分布于西北太平洋的日本、韩国、黄海海域,我国黄海、渤海、东海和南海。体型与真鲷相似,呈侧扁长椭圆形头大,前端钝尖,背面狭窄且倾叙度大。

Black sea bream is a kind of sea fish, which are distributed in the sea waters of Japan and Koran on the northwest part of the Pacifistic as well as the Yellow Sea, Bohai Sea, East Sea and South Sea of China. Its shape is similar to the red porgy with flat and oval head, sharp front end, narrow back and large inclining degree.

其肉鲜质鲜美,是海鱼中最为上佳之鲜品。肉身为淡白色,多刺。红焖、清蒸、盐烤、煎炸、刺身生食均 可。

Black sea bream meat is delicious and the top fresh meat of sea fish. The meat is in light white with many bones, and could be cooked through braising, steaming, salt roasting and frying or be consumed without cooking.
