Submit needs & files
Choose a service, languages, purpose, timing and delivery format. Prepare clear, complete images, PDFs or Word files; confirm the submission channel when enquiring.
Receive a manual quote
A specialist checks the originals, recipient requirements, price and delivery time. Agree the quotation and scope before payment and translation.
Confirm quote & payment
Check the order, amount and payee, and use the agreed payment method. A specialist verifies receipt; scanning alone does not confirm payment.
Translate, review & format
Specialists arrange translation, content review and formatting, including declarations or stamped scans as agreed.
Receive digital or paper files
Receive digital translations, stamped scans or paper copies as agreed. After launch, YiWuYou is planned to offer published files and versions through order details and My account. Confirm paper delivery when needed.
Review & request support
Review the translation and identify any requested changes. Translation issues are followed up; revisions within the agreed scope are free, while new source material or scope changes are assessed separately.
Standard and urgent scheduling depend on language, complete materials, receipt time and workload, and are confirmed in the quotation; courier transit time is separate.

SENIOR TRANS holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 management system certifications and institutional membership of the Translators Association of China. Certificate scopes apply to translation services, excluding branches; recipient requirements are checked separately.

Describe the need first. Do not post complete identity documents or confidential originals publicly. Agree the transfer method and necessary scope with a project manager before sharing sensitive material.

Can I use the mini program now?
YiWuYou is being prepared for launch. This page does not yet provide a code or launch link. Enquire through the website, by phone or by email to confirm the appropriate service channel.
What online services are planned?
Planned support covers requests and file submission, manual quotations, order information, translation downloads and follow-up. Functions, availability and usage are subject to the released version and service confirmation.
Which delivery formats can I request?
Discuss unstamped digital files, stamped scans, translator declarations or optional paper copies. If the recipient specifies a translator, qualification or format, provide those requirements before quotation so suitability can be checked.
Can I enquire about driving licences and business documents now?
