Start with the purpose and scope
Course records for further study
We arrange courses and results by term so readers can trace individual records and relate them to the major and study stage shown on graduation documents.
Comparing course content
For broad course titles, institutional descriptions help clarify terminology while original codes provide a reference for reading the corresponding syllabus.
Personal study records
We present records from different years or institutions separately, identifying each issuer and keeping distinct credit and grading systems apart.
Which pages and files should you prepare?
| Material | Scope to confirm | Preparation and checks |
|---|---|---|
| Complete transcript | Include all terms, course entries, summary fields and both sides. | Check the reading order of multiple columns and completeness of continued tables. |
| Grading rules and legend | Provide grade explanations, stated GPA formulas and symbol notes. | Retain the institution and academic year to which the rules apply. |
| Course title references | Supply catalog entries, syllabuses and established English titles if available. | Match abbreviated titles to course codes to avoid confusing similarly named courses. |
| Enrollment and name references | Provide student number, faculty, major and passport spelling references. | Identify institutions and credit origins for transfer or exchange records. |
Review focused on the document details
Line-by-line course matching
We match entries by code, term and row order, distinguishing similar titles at different levels. Sequence numbers, course categories and assessment methods are checked so repeats are not merged and electives are not omitted.
Preserving marks and grades
We distinguish numerical marks, letter grades, pass indicators and grade points and retain source precision. Legends remain connected to their fields rather than being reinterpreted using another institution's or region's conventions.
Credits, hours and totals
We check credits, contact hours, cumulative credits and averages separately, retaining any stated calculation method. Apparent inconsistencies are queried rather than corrected or supplemented with our own conversions.
Special statuses and notes
We retain repeat, resit, exemption, deferred assessment and credit recognition markers and match them to their notes. Transfer and home-institution courses remain distinct, and a blank mark is not treated as zero or failure.
Agree the deliverables before work begins
Electronic translation
Agree PDF, Word, Excel or other formats, editability, page order and file naming. Confirm any page-by-page source correspondence before work starts.
Statements, signatures and stamps
If the recipient requires a translator statement, signature, contact details, stamp or a particular qualification, share the checklist first so the supporting set and responsible provider can be checked.
Paper copies and shipping
Agree copies, binding, source-reference pages, address and shipping milestones. Translation, supporting formalities and transit are planned separately.
Translation, notarisation, Apostille and consular legalisation are distinct stages. Check the recipient checklist to establish which stages and document combinations are needed for the intended submission.
Check credentials and document quality
See the company profile for SENIOR TRANS credential and association information. Check the holder, scope and statements or supporting work needed for this assignment before engagement.

Describe the files
Provide clear files or a redacted sample, with languages, purpose, volume and timing.
Agree the scope
Confirm main text and annexes, review, formats, supporting work, price and delivery.
Translate and review
Check fields, terminology, figures, dates and cross-document relationships.
Deliver and follow up
Deliver against the list and consolidate feedback; assess new source versions or added files separately.
Questions before you commission the work
Can grades be converted to a four-point GPA?
The translation retains original grades and any institution-issued GPA. Recipients may apply different assessment methods. Any separately requested conversion needs an identified method and purpose and must remain distinct from the transcript rather than appear institution-issued.
How are unclear abbreviated course titles handled?
Provide course codes and the relevant term's catalog or syllabus where possible. These help establish the intended title. Unconfirmed abbreviations remain flagged rather than being guessed as another course or expanded to suggest material not actually studied.
Can repeat attempts be reduced to the final grade?
A complete translation retains all attempts and markers shown. If the source itself shows only the final result, that version is translated as supplied. Unfavorable grades are not removed; any permitted extract must be clearly identified as an extract.
Should an existing English transcript still be checked?
Compare terms, courses, grading notes, names, student numbers and issue dates. Existing wording may provide name references, but substantive differences between language versions should be clarified with the institution rather than concealed through translation changes.
Describe the documents and request a quote
Share the languages, volume, purpose and preferred timing to confirm the scope, price and delivery. Complete files can follow once the transfer method is agreed.
