Language services since 2004
Founded in 2004, Qingdao Senior Translation Consulting Co., Ltd. provides translation, interpreting and localization for businesses, institutions and individuals. Every project starts with a practical question: who will use this content, and what do they need it to do?
Language expertise with subject knowledge
We draw on resources covering more than 100 languages. Project managers match linguists to the language pair, subject and schedule, and coordinate terminology, reference files, formatting and feedback. Our priority service areas span game localization, global business, oil, gas and petrochemicals, manufacturing and industrial equipment, international engineering projects, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, finance, law, civil engineering, marine engineering, electronics and electrical engineering, power and energy, and translation for notarization and authentication.
Consistency is built into the work
For recurring work, we maintain approved terminology, style preferences and version records. For a single document, names, figures, units, stamps and layout still receive close attention. Confidentiality arrangements, phased delivery and on-site support are agreed before work begins.

Professional language services scoped to each project’s content, linguists and delivery requirements.
The two ISO certifications are listed separately here. The valid certificates govern the certified entity, scope and status; relevant scope covers translation services, excluding branches, and associated information-security management. Company certifications, institutional membership and overseas individual translator credentials are checked separately.
Translation uses and recipient contexts
From visas, study and employment to legal matters, trade and specialist projects, we organize language support around the translation’s intended use. The following ten contexts group common recipients and users so you can identify who needs the document and what translation and supporting material to prepare.
Visas, immigration and identity matters
Typical documents: Passports, identity and household records, birth and marriage certificates, police certificates, financial evidence and travel documents.
Review priorities: Check language, name spelling, certification and signing requirements for the destination and application. Distinguish visa-centre instructions from those of the deciding authority.
Notarisation, authentication and government procedures
Typical documents: Notarial certificates, civil-status records, company registrations, powers of attorney and formal administrative documents.
Review priorities: Check originals, seals, attachments and certified content. Confirm translation, notarisation, authentication or Apostille steps separately, with formalities handled by competent bodies.
Education, study and qualification assessment
Typical documents: Diplomas, degrees, transcripts, course descriptions, references, research plans and professional qualification records.
Review priorities: Preserve institution, subject, course, credit and grade relationships. Check any designated translator, certification method and digital or paper submission requirements.
Court, arbitration and legal matters
Typical documents: Pleadings, judgments and orders, contractual evidence, arbitration documents, legal opinions and attachments.
Review priorities: Align party names, clause references and legal terminology, preserving evidentiary relationships. Designated or sworn-translator requirements depend on the proceeding and recipient.
Commerce, trade and company registration
Typical documents: Business licences, articles of association, trade contracts, invoices, origin and customs documents, tax records and company statements.
Review priorities: Check company identities, signatories, amounts, currencies, references and seals, and agree translation and supporting documents for the actual procedure.
Employment, professional mobility and social security
Typical documents: CVs, employment and experience records, employment contracts, salary records, social security and professional competency documents.
Review priorities: Keep job titles, employer names, service dates and salary information consistent, distinguishing recruitment use from formal authority submissions.
Banking, insurance and financial audit
Typical documents: Bank statements, credit references, financial and audit reports, insurance policies, claims documents and financing or investment material.
Review priorities: Cross-check amounts, currencies, periods, balances, tables and notes. Confirm completeness, certification and confidentiality with the recipient.
Healthcare, pharmaceuticals and research
Typical documents: Medical records, diagnostic and test reports, clinical or research protocols, consent forms, registration documents and medical communication.
Review priorities: Preserve terminology, units, time points and version relationships. Agree specialist review; translation does not replace diagnosis, ethics review or regulatory approval.
Engineering, procurement and testing
Typical documents: Tender documents, engineering contracts, technical manuals, design notes, construction methods, test reports and project correspondence.
Review priorities: Align technical terminology, equipment identifiers, standards references and revisions. Agree drawings, tables, signing and phased delivery with the project team.
Intellectual property and technical results
Typical documents: Patent descriptions and claims, trademark applications, technical disclosures, results summaries and transfer or licensing agreements.
Review priorities: Preserve names, technical features, numbering and references. Agree format and specialist review for the jurisdiction and agent; translation does not determine legal rights.
These are common uses and potential recipients, not a claim that they all accept the same translation format or credentials. The specific procedure, recipient’s current requirements and final review govern acceptance. Share the checklist or written guidance before commissioning so we can check suitability and agree scope, price and timing.
International certified and sworn translation services
The following covers common certified and sworn translation requirements across 15 countries. Cross-border documents need both accurate translation and the appropriate translator status, declaration and signing format. Where overseas-qualified linguists or additional formalities are needed, verify language direction, credentials and availability before confirming the project.
These are jurisdictional requirements and service-scoping notes, not a claim that the company holds every overseas individual licence or is universally designated by all authorities. Requirements depend on the document, purpose and recipient.

Certified translation · ITIFor UKVI material, follow the relevant guidance on accuracy certification, translation date, translator’s full name, signature and contact details; an address can also support verification.
