Before the project
For confidential, personal or unpublished information, agree an NDA, access permissions, transfer method and retention period before sharing the full files. Please provide only the information needed for the project.
During the project
Project files are used for the agreed language services. Translators, reviewers and technical staff receive the material needed for their assigned work. Client content is not used in public examples, marketing or third-party public tools without agreement.
After delivery
Contact your project manager if you need deletion, extended retention, an earlier version or restrictions on reuse. The project contract, NDA and applicable requirements govern the final arrangements.
