Layout and figure references
We check tables, captions, indexes and cross-references, including the effect of translated text length on usability. CAD files, desktop publishing and video require early agreement on editable sources, fonts, output formats and technical support.
Product revisions and service updates
For related models, approved terminology and text can be reused while differences are checked individually. Delivery records distinguish model applicability, revision and language; similar wording must not conceal a change in specifications or safety requirements.

Project questions
Can approved translations be reused across a product family?
Approved translations can be used as references, but models, specifications, warnings and procedural differences still need checking. Provide the previous version, a change record and the new version’s applicability.
