Background and participation
Guangzhou’s justice bureau published a tender notice for translation services for Guangzhou Notary Office. SENIOR TRANS participated in related language work. The notice is cited for project background, not as evidence of an award or acceptance.
The language challenge
Names, identifiers, dates and legal relationships must remain consistent in notarial documents. Beyond terminology, the original, attachments and translation need to be straightforward to compare item by item.
An approach shaped by the content
The following is an approach for comparable projects, provided to help scope a brief. It is not a record of this engagement’s internal delivery process.
Check document completeness
Confirm page counts, attachments and established spellings of names. Flag unclear or missing content rather than filling it in by assumption.
Preserve the source relationships
Preserve parties, authorizations, obligations and qualifications. Use consistent names and terms without adding legal interpretations.
Review against the original
Cross-check names, identification numbers, dates, amounts, seal descriptions and attachment references, then prepare the agreed document format.
What the public record establishes
The public material establishes the procurement background but does not provide a SENIOR TRANS acceptance document for citation. Recipient requirements still govern use of a translation; acceptance or certification by a particular institution is not guaranteed.
Suggested delivery checks for a comparable project
Source-to-target comparison; identity details; terminology consistency; complete attachments; required delivery format.
